Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
- Knowledge and access to Govt. Hospitals Private Hospitals and other Government and related entities.
- Conducts patient visits at hospitals to meet with patient/case coordinators.
- Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to network in the community readily minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Home Care setup.
- Track record of successful sales – Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market
