We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin cum Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating patient appointments, providing detailed information about procedures, and supporting our marketing efforts to attract and convert potential patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide patients with detailed information about procedures, treatments, and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and visit summaries.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential patients through various channels, such as social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain patients.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential patients to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Assist in the development and execution of patient engagement and retention strategies.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a patient coordination or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
